Will / would + Word order
This book will help you to distinguish better among the large number of words you alredy know....
* Can I substitue "will" with "Would" ? Is there any difference? Any slight difference? (of course, in this context)
*-* This book will help you to distinguish better .......
*-* This book will help you to better distinguish .......
Which one is more emphatic? The second ?

To answer your question, yes you could. It would change the meaning of the sentence however.
This book
would help you to distinguish better among the large number of words you alre
ady know....
Using the modal verb "would" transforms the sentence into a conditional:
"If you used this book, it would help you to distinguish..."
