a question!
Is it correct what it's written in this dialogue?
A: How long did you live in New Youk City?
B: I lived there for 9 months.
A: Oh, that's why you speak English very good...! I've got to get used to your American pronunciation, because I'm usually used to the British one.

The question is correct, and refers to the past state of living in the NYC. The person questioned doesn't live there any more.

Sounds good to me.

If you are not a teacher don't try to correct mistakes. Otherwise someone else has to correct your mistakes.

Oh yes, I've just found the mistake that I didn't find beforehand.

There should be 'very well' in place of 'very good'. I was thinking of something else then.
Sorry once again.

This is fine, as engee said, if the person no longer lives there. If the person still lives there, then Harry's correction is correct.

This is the only true error. I would say "so well."

I've got to is fine, at least in American English. You can also say "I have to."
I'm usually used to is redundant and not good style - I usually hear or I'm used to are better choices.

If he say that he is not a teacher, his contributions are welcome.
