The correct word, I strongly believe, is restricted.


Am I correct?

Are those your only choices? I'd go with "limited." Otherwise, "restricted" is better.

''BOUND'' cannot be used in that form anyway. BOUNDED, on the other hand, can.
Go with restricted (you may want to ommit ''strictly'')!
Or maybe, FORBIDDEN will fit.
