Can I put comma like this??

"I was on your Web site, and you have some pictures and videos of you guys, partying like ******* animals"
"I was on your Web site, and you have some pictures and videos of you guys, that were partying like ******* animals"

1.Is both sentences have same meaning??
2.Is both sentences still have same meaning as the original??

You can put a comma in the first sentence. The second is also correct, but the thir is incorrect. Don't use 'that' in a non-restrictive clause.
