Could be both!
It was meant as an example - one that could be understood quite easily. But it would be a good thing to make sure you have done some of your own searching in dictionaries and grammar sources before asking questions.

I think, in this sentence, the person who said had given last warning to someone and had intended to fire if the someone breaks the last warning.
OR
The person who said(Mr.A) had given last warning to someone in the past, but the someone broken the last warning, so the Mr. A going to fire now.
I wonder which one of the above two meanings is correct.
Please help me.
