I think, in this sentence, the person who said had given last warning to someone and had intended to fire if the someone breaks the last warning.

OR
The person who said(Mr.A) had given last warning to someone in the past, but the someone broken the last warning, so the Mr. A going to fire now.

I wonder which one of the above two meanings is correct.

Please help me.
