improving speaking skill

I need help from native speakers because i want to improve my english, especially speaking skills. I will go to london in august and i want to practice it before going. Can anybody help me with this or do you have any sound advices?

Anyway, i ma still a learner at using english but pror to year request of earneststly, intelligent way of asking, that you are travelling to London i would begin with you by sending to me the details and location of yourself, address etc.
I wish you to try another member of using english to help you in inclusion.
