But if you put ''an well-equipped library'', it's ok.
(Of course a library is equipped. That is what MAKES it A LIBRARY. Otherwise it would be just an empty room/complex, whatever.)

Teacher Re: well-ventilated We(the college) have a spacious, well ventilated, well equipped and computerised library which makes learning more interesting.
