#1 Have you any brothers and sisters? Are they older or younger than you?
#2 No difference. You are more likely to hear "amongst" in BE than AE

Tnx for the prompt response.
1. I know it could be asked that way but Is there any specific set of words for it?i.e. "What's your --------order ?"It is possible that in english there isn't such construction
2.is BE British and AE American english?
