has, and does not have
Is this correct
"The advantages that a book has, and does not have, will be given"?
You can't use "does not has." Can someone post an explanation why it is correct, or not correct, to use "does not have" in the relevant sentence.
I see an inconsistency, because "has" is used in a singular context, and "have" is used in a plural context.

We can say does have or do have. Similarly, we can say does not have or do not have. We can't use do with has.

Thanks.
The sentence I'm talking about appears to use words in an inconsistent manner, but I guess I'm looking at things through a 1+1=2 lense.

Do\Does\Did (+n't) + base form (infinitive without 'to')

do go or does go, but not do went.
do want or does want, but not do wanted.
do not go or does not go, but not do not went
do not want or does not want, but not does not wanted
