They're both accepable, but there is a slight difference in emphasis.
I'll re-order your examples, because the first has the order SVA/SAV and the second has the order SAV/SVA.
Do you often go to the cinema?/do you go to the cinema often?
Do you sometimes eat pizza/do you eat pizza sometimes?
With adverbs of indefinite frequency, the more common order is the first of each pair. But the second variant (with the adverb at the end) can be used to put extra focus on the adverb:
[I know you don't like it, but] do you eat pizza sometimes [at least]?
But this is a very fine distinction, and I'm not sure all users bother with it!
