| It's not too short, but: 1) Are you really going to review his resume before he send the cover letter? 2) Do you know him well enough to say "Dear John" instead of "Dear Mr. Smith"? 3) ... interest in the Penetration Tester position. 4) Don't use "Kindly please." One or the other. Please send... |

| Hi, Thank you for your prompt response. I’m really appreciating it. Here is my answer. 1. 1. 1. Yes, I already review his resume, but he didn’t send the cover letter. I need that because I have to forward it to my superior. 2. 2. Hmm… I’m not sure about this, but I always saw people just reply their mail without put “Mr.” before the recipient name.
