They are all correct. They have different meanings.
That's a lot to ask of me. Somebody wants you to build him a house. "That's a lot to ask of me" = That is more than I can do.
That's a lot to ask from me. Somebody wants you to give him a lot of money. "That's a lot to ask from me" = That is a great deal that you want from me
That's a lot to ask me. Somebody asks twenty questions all at one time. "That's a lot to ask me" - Telling the person that there are too many questions.
