Wink One word for following

Hi i am not able to fine one word meaning for following
1.people who r hard to please
2.person who spend his money recklessly
3.person who knows many languages
4.this word is no longer in use
5.the loss was such as could not be repaired
6.he talk without any preparation or previous thought
7.persons whose bussiness is to detect criminals
8.person free from national attachment or prejudices
9.fruit not fit to be used as food
10.incapable of being conquered
11.person who suffered and died for a great cause
12.govt. mainly run by the officials of the govt.
13.he is widly known for his evil deeds.
14.his manners r more like those of a women than those of a man
15.he is too strong to be overcome or defeated

Can you please help me for sorting this out.

5. Irreparable.

No, my cousin is preparing for some civil exam and not able to find answer.... Me too also not good in english. But this way i can also help her and learn too.
