If he doesn't come tomorrow we'll be in real trouble.

Both sentences are correct. Only my sentence expresses real condition, yours not.

It's ungrammatical. The timing is off. The adverb tomorrow (future) modifies a past tense verb, did.

Try, If he hadn't come today, we would have been in real trouble.

we have to say this:

cos this kind of scentences are imposible so we use this tens
