The correct way to say it is:
If he doesn't come tomorrow we'll be in real trouble.

    Privet Harry

It is correct to say, (I)f he did not come tomorrow, we would be in trouble.
If it were true that he is not coming tomorrow, then we would be in trouble.

If he didn't come tomorrow, we would have been in real trouble.
    This sentence is incorrect.

    Privet Svartnik!
I just wanted to talk to you. Haven't heard from you for ages. How are you?
Both sentences are correct. Only my sentence expresses real condition, yours not.

It's ungrammatical. The timing is off. The adverb tomorrow (future) modifies a past tense verb, did.

Try, If he hadn't come today, we would have been in real trouble.

I agree with this one. The other one makes no sense to me.

    Welcome, pirate.

Past Perfect: had + past participle
If he had not came ...
If he had not come ...

    Timing
If he had not come tomorrow ...
If he had not come today ...

    _____________
    Correction
    because, not cos
this kind of sentence is impossible <subject-verb agreement>
    tense, not tens
