Default correct expression

Hi,

I am looking for the correct expression meaning something like targeted, focused, purposeful or specific. I need to use it in the following phrases:

targeted practical training
targeted decisions
targeted plans
targeted business benefit
targeted personnel development
take targeted care of employees
targeted use of the presentation techniques

Is the word "targeted" correct in the given examples?

Thank you very much.

Hanka

Most seem o.k. to me; the only collocation that seems strange is "take targeted care of employees". It would help to read these in their contexts as well
