There the same, IMO. Some use a possessive with a gerund (formal), others an object pronoun (informal). It doesn't change the grammatical form to me. The present particple as an adjective is used as follows:

I saw an interesting website last night.

I don't understand the word follows, why do It have -s- ,You have only one example for me, or it is the way to make follow[verb] become follows[noun]???

It is the verb with the 's' added because it is third person singular:
She\he\it follows.
