- For Teachers
choke - To interfere with the respiration of by compression or obstruction of the larynx or trachea.
- We are choked by solid foods, right? but do we also use "choke" for water?
So how do we compose our sentences with aspirate?
"I was aspirated on/with/by coke."
But in my humble opinion, you should use the expression Some coke went down the wrong way (in my throught). or I had some coke gone down the wrong way (in my throught), the second of which is quite a mouthful!).
