I'd like to know exact meaning of "advanced level courses".
Are Master's courses advanced level courses comparing to undergraduate
courses?

Advanced level courses are courses for those who have a good command of English and want to know some peculiarities of the language. Advanced level courses start from upper-intermediate level (then advanced, then proficiency)

It is all context driven.
An advanced level course for an English learner has an utterly different meaning to an advanced level course for a student of Shakespeare.
