Hi, I've been reading an article and I found this sentence:
"The organization is still active as of 2007"
I've never heard "as of", does it mean "until, as far as"? thanks!

From, at, or until a given time.
For example, As of five o'clock the store will be closed for inventory, or As of last December our meetings have been open to the public, or As of now I'm not sure how I'll vote.

But the word ''still'' is odd...
Are you missing some part of the sentence?

I wrote the whole sentence, I'll write the previous one too:
The more dedicated TA purists banded together in 1964 with Berne to form a research and professional accrediting body, the International Transactional Analysis Association, or ITAA. The organization is still active as of 2007."
