The F in EFL stands for foreign, whereas the S in ESL stands for second. People who teach ESL generally teach in an English speaking country. People who teach EFL generally teach in a non-English speaking country.

in fact I was teach my self English just in my home but now I feel I need to good teacher i'm living in arabic world and I know some academically but I don't know which one I have to chose?

EFL would probably be a better choice as it would focus on the language that you would need for work, travel, etc, not the language that people living in an English-speaking country need.
