    Also, don't fight the logic of the language you are learning; if something seems strange or illogical, just accept it and do it, and it will make sense in the end.

    I hope that I have excellent communnication skills in english.I can easily speak non-stop in english to anybody.People always say that I speak very fast like how Native speakers speak.but what my problem is that While I talk senior level people or whom I think they could be better than me,I'm getting stuck.when I practise alone to speak, I can speak very fast.But While I talk to public,I get stuck.still I can not find the solution for that.

    sometimes I can speak very fast.But sometimes I get stuck to speak in english.Because I have practised to speak like this over the phone and keep practising daily.

    I need some sugesstions to talk fast to everybody and to present seminor in front of the people.

    Think that you are the master here, and you know your stuff. Allow yourself to be wrong, as well. Make fun of it, don't take yourself in too much earnest. One thing is to be well prepared and know your stuff, another to be down-to-earth by acknowledging your own limitations.
