Over the next three months, I can apply for the job as I will have received all my certificates by that time.

Please correct my sentence.

I mean [Now I haven't got my certificates from my college, so I cannot apply the job. But over the next three months, I will have got the certificates, so I can apply for that job then]

You can say;
By the next three months, I will be applying for the job, as I haven't received my certificates yet.

After the next three months/In three months' time I can apply for the job as by that time I will have received all my certificates.

Perhaps:

I haven't received my certificates from college yet, so I cannot apply for the job. But within the next three months I will receive the certificates, and I will be able to apply for the job then.

Why can't you apply for the job anyhow (stipulating that you will receive your certificates within three months)?

It's just a sentence on my own to establish the phrase `over the next three months'. That is not a true idea or something.

Could you tell me, what the phrase `over the next three months' could exactly mean?
