    Hello Everyone,

    The following sentence is selected from an interview to editor of Forbes magazines. There are two words in which I don't understand. Can you explain?

    "Well, you run into certain problems with the IRS AND inheritance taxes if you put a number on yourself .You want to negotiate that figure ,or your heirs do."

    What do IRS and heirs mean here?
