To take an exam and pass an exam are two different things.

I may have changed too much, though... It would be great for you to get feedback from someone else, too, so that you can make up your own mind as to what suits you best.

Either will work, depending on what your country's system is. A School Leaving Certificate would probably cover all subjects.

School Leaving Certificate , or
Certificate of High School Education, or
High School Education Certificate

I think all the above can be taken into consideration when it comes about high school graduation , before going to university or college.
