proofreading
Hi,
could you please proofread the following text:
We have experienced many times that the date proposed by us was neither met nor confirmed nor changed by you, that the invoices were not paid and the goods were prepared uselessly.
I would hereby like to ask you to consider the above-mentioned facts so that the business relationship between our firms could continue the same way as recently.
Thank you very much.

I hereby would like to ask you to accomodate the above-mentioned inconveniences so that the business relationship between our firms will continue as before / as usual.
Thank you very much.

I replaced 'consider' with accomodate (= consider, deal with) - inconveniences. 'Facts' just doesn't sound right to me.

On many occasions the date we specified for delivery was not met, and no alternative dates were suggested. As a result we have been unable to fulfil orders and have not been able to invoice our customers.
I would appreciate it if you will consider these problems and how to resolve them so that our companies can continue to do business in the future.
