    Question Which one is correct?

    Will it be alright to say that, "I NEED it yesterday.." or "I NEEDED it yesterday.."???

    I somehow confused about these sentences.

    Thanx!!!

    "I need" = present
    "yesterday" = past

    So I needed it yesterday.

    "I needed it yesterday" is correct. "I need it yesterday" is an idiomatic usage; it means, "I need this as soon as possible."
