Are there any mistakes in the Objective below??

To vie with further growing challenges in this generation in a challenging and learning environment that enhances my skills with full potential for achieving company’s goal and to determine the best utilization of the creativity within me.

It seems to me that the writer of that "sentence" comes across as somebody who is trying to impress people by using too many "big" words even though he doesn't understand what he is saying. (Sorry, but that is my impression.) Strive for clarity! It is more important that people understand what you are saying than anything else.

Thanks for your responses, Niall and RonBee

To challenge myself in an environment that enhances my skills and best uses my creativity to achieve company and personal goals. (Is this OK now?)
