Despite- preposition
Although- conjunction
However- adverb, or conjunct (both terms are used) |

'Moreover' is, but 'yes' is an adverb. |

I`d like to add something to Tdol`s previous explanations. If you want to give only one word to these words [adverbs, prepositions, conjunctions] , you can name them by only one word :connectors |
