Question How can I start learning English

Dear Sirs or Madams,
If I were a person who has just started learning English, what should I do?
Could you tell me steps that lead to an advanced learners of English?
Thank you so much.

Well first of all, what you need is practise because without any practise you don't learn anything so do I answer your question?

Right! If you want to be good in speaking, speak. And if you want to write well, write.

If you want to be good in hearing, listen to different conversations or watch English films. And if you want to be good in reading, read as much as you can.

Most of the time, I listen to youtube video about anything but let me tell you my favorite one is when David Duke argue with Wolf Blitzer. I won't tell you the detail but judge for yourself.
