What is the difference of BATH and BATHE...

bath is a noun, bathe is a verb:

And what do you think about: I usually bath my baby in the evening?

I think "bathe and bath" are verbs. But "bath" is a noun too. So we can say :To bath the baby and to have a bath.

Hi

Bath is a noun ; it can be used in verb phrases : to have a bath / to take a bath
Bathe is a verb : bathe - Definitions from Dictionary.com

True you can say bath a baby but I think bathe has a higher frequency or at least I avoid using it as verb. As Teia said bath is used with verbs like:have, take, give, run..

The answer is negative. It`s not correct. "Bath" is a noun and "bathe" is a verb
I took a bath.
I`ll have a bath.
I bathed the baby.

This is what I know that bath is a noun and bathe is a verb until I saw these examples:


* I'll bath the baby.
* We also do cleaning with ourselves like we bath everyday and wear new clothes
