people vs persons
Hi guys, recently i've encountered a piece of formal writing that confused me. i mean i was always thaught that the plural form of 'a person' is 'people.' in the passage below i found form 'persons.' is that correct because of the formal style or sth? or it's just a mistake? thnx in advance
