4. (Then, in the past, not now) Having Looked through your eyes, there is only one thing that I don't know, your name. |

thank you!! | I only have (further) comments about your first pair of sentences.
"would you like to be my storm ?" means 'do you want to be my storm?' This is probably what the speaker means. (these are questions so you need '?'s at the end)
"would you like being my storm ?" means 'if you were my storm, would you (enjoy)(like) being my storm?'
The first sentence is similar to asking, 'do you want to drink some tea?', and the second is like asking 'do you like drinking tea?'. |

Disclaimer: I'm not a teacher.
My two cents.
I would like to look at the matter in another perspective.
First of all, Let's forget about the problem of dangling modifiers in both sentences. The major difference between the use of "looking" and "having looked" is that the former denotes an action taking place simultaneously with that of the main clause, whereas the latter denotes an action occurring before that of the main clause. To make it clearer, maybe we reconstruct the two sentences as follows: - As I look through your eyes, (I find that) there is only one thing that I don't know is your name.(Pick-Up Lines)
- As I have looked through your eyes, (I find that) there is only one thing that I don't know is your name.(Pick-Up Lines)
Is that what you want, Shinji002? |

Is that what you want, Shinji002? | Yes,but I think there is no difference between mine and yours.
It doesn't matter, Pick-up Lines just are used for picking up girls
