Hi,

'Please note that he was not present in following days and not submitted any medical certificates'

I think you wanted to ask people not to submit thier medical certificates since he is going to take leave in forthcoming days'

Corrected Sentence :

'Please note that he is not available in the following days and kindly do not submit the medical certificates during these days.'

Hope it will help.

It's past action and you just want to clarify the days he was absent and that he was not able to present med certificates
