Default sentence analysis

Dear teachers,

Would you please tell me if my answers are correct?

1) Identify the elements of the following sentence.

a) He (S) had decided (V) to rid himself of his aunt (Od). (?)

b) The company (S) will hire (V) all men (Od) anxious about group work (Co) by the end of the year (Ao).

c) He (S) prided (V) himself (Od) on being a methodical man (Cs?)

how do you analyse "on being"?

2) What grammatical word class do these words belong to?

You may pick up your exams after I have finished grading them.

You = subject personal pronoun
May = modal auxiliary verb
Pick = finite verb
Up = preposition
Your = possessive adjective
Exams = noun
After = adverb
I = subject personal pronoun
Have = auxiliary verb
Finished = finite verb
Grading = non-finite verb (gerund) ?
Them = object personal pronoun

Thanks a lot!

a) He (S) had decided (V) to rid himself of his aunt (O). :D
b) The company (S) will hire (V) all men (O) anxious about group work (Relative modifying 'men') by the end of the year (Adverb modifying 'will hire'). :D
c) He (S) prided (V) himself (O) on being a methodical man (Cs) :D

"On being" is a prepositional phrase, made up of the preposition "On" and its nominal object "being". The phrase functions as an adverb of means, telling is how he prided himself:

On being a methodical man is how he prided himself.

d) You may pick up your exams after I have finished grading them.

You = subject personal pronoun :D
May = modal auxiliary verb :D
Pick = finite verb :D
Up = preposition, functioning as an adverb :D
Your = possessive adjective :D
Exams = noun, plural :D
After = adverb :D
I = subject personal pronoun, singular :D
Have = auxiliary verb, present tense
==> have finished = present perfect verb
Finished = past tense verb
Grading = gerund :D
Them = object personal pronoun, plural :D

All the best,
