Default How much or what

Angelika already answered my question. But I still have a question. What about this one? What is the rate for a single room? Can we use "how much" in this case?

Default Re: How much or what

You can. Colloquially "How much for/is a single room?" - which represents "How much [do you charge for] a single room?"
