Lightbulb speak or talk?

Good day everyone,
I have just taken the "speak vs talk" test and scored only 50%
Could you please explain me the grammar rule for their different use/meaning?
Is there any grammar rule section in the web site?
Looking forward to receiving your feed-back!

BYE!
