speakin n listenin

hello i ll like to ask a question bout listenin n speakin.while i write on msn or chat,there is no problem it's all ok.i can write whatever i want.but the same things don't be real while i really speak to a person.that's to say i wanna speak as i write.how can i improve my speakin?and when i see the article i can get it all.but while i listen to that words from a speaker,a person who speak english,it's too hard to understand what he/she says...how can i improve my listenin?what's ur advice?thx for the question.plz the answer to my e mail..
