    so, now this sentence " The door isn't able to be closed " is correct?
    i have deleted " by him" , so now is it true???

    The structural subject is what you see. It's the word or phrase that acts as the subject of the passive verb. The non-structural subject, also called the semantic subject, is what you don't usually see. It's what acted out the main verb:

    Structural subject: subject of was written
    Ex: The exam was written 2 years ago by our committee.

    Semantic subject: acted out the verb write
    Ex: The exam was written 2years ago by our committee.
    check: Our committee wrote the exam 2 years ago.
