I wonder if this is an English phrase ? Or anyone knows what the meaning of it if it is other language phrase ?

It means 'for sure'. It's rap-Latin.

Many thanks :) Now I can reply the email to someone I asked to exchange links with. Because he used the above phrase, that made me wonder if he called me an ' idiot ' in the first place ;). Hah, it turns out to be the opposite
