Communication skill is strongly related to listening and speaking skills. So you have to improve these skills first. And the best way for them is practice alot. You should try to read and listen English so much. If there are some English speaking clubs in the place that you are living, you should join to them.
This is just my personal opinion, I hope that it can help you.
