Default I got a small question about contract

At the end of contract, I saw

MANI (<--Company Name)

by _________

name ____________

title _________

date ______________

The question is I have no idea about 'BY'.
What do you type in this "BY" blank?
Thanks for your time.

It's hard for me to tell what that means. Perhaps it is supposed to be the person who prepared the contract, but that is just a guess.

"By" is the name of the person who is signing on behalf of the company.

Usually the person signing the contract on behalf of the company would sign his name on the "By" line, and then print his name on the "Name" line.
