 I got a small question about contract MANI (<--Company Name) by _________ name ____________ title _________ date ______________ The question is I have no idea about 'BY'. What do you type in this "BY" blank? Thanks for your time. |

| It's hard for me to tell what that means. Perhaps it is supposed to be the person who prepared the contract, but that is just a guess. :) |

| Re: I got a small question about contract by _________ name ____________ Usually the person signing the contract on behalf of the company would sign his name on the "By" line, and then print his name on the "Name" line. |
