3. The father is sitting and relaxing himself on a sofa near a pot of big plant while reading a story book.

4. The man who wears a cap is walking while carrying a tray of drinks to serve his customers.

In #2 I would insert a comma after "lady"

In #3, "relaxing" does not need anything after it; "a big pot plant"

Otherwise they seem grammatical.
