I have an idea on how explain these phrases but still. I'm confused>

Kindly explain the meaning of, ¨let me see What I can do¨ is this right sentence contruction???? ALSO, ¨Let me see what can I do¨ is this RIGHT??? . . . . . . . . . . WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE.

'Let me see what I can do.' is correct. This means that I need some time to decide or to find out what I can do to help solve the problem.

'Let me see what can I do.' is not correct.
'what can I do' is a question , so you cannot use those words in that order when you are not asking a question.
