Default too...to

I saw the following description of a camera on the internet (http://www.dpreview.com/reviews/pent...s/page14.asp):
Good build quality, case a little too easy to scratch

I'm not familiar with the structure "too...to...". When I read a grammar book, I found such sentence:

The food is too hot to eat.

According to the book, the meaning is "since the food is too hot, we CANNOT eat". I'm not sure about the meaning of "case a little easy to scratch". Does it mean "we cannot scratch the case easily" or "we can scratch the case easily? Thanks for your help.
