Hi dear experts, I'd appreciate it a lot if you could paraphrase or explain or say in other words the following paragraph. I need to translate it into my native language but I can't get the meaning. May be the problem is my technical incompetence. Here is the text:

"When a customer buys something in a supermarket, scanning the bar-code at the till creates a new order for the product. The information is transmitted to head office, electronically collated and converted into a delivery schedule for the farmer or manufacturer for the following day."

When the item is scanned, the bar code alerts the central computer that it is no longer in stock, and therefore an order is created automatically to replace the sold item.

The information is transferred to the central offices, and is added to the schedules for delivery of new stock that is provided to the suppliers.
