    Default is it right?

    My student asked me if the clause used by lawyers is correct. The clause is "this contract is entered by and betweenn..." He wants to know if the use of the prepostition by and between is correct or it is already a redundant. Please advise me. Thank you.

    Legal language often uses special phrasing to cover legal aspects, presumably here to establish the relationship between the parties.
