how to enter,sit,,,when we go for intervew

hello everyone,
i just want to know,,when we go for an interview in any company,then,,,,,,
1)what would we ask to interviewer for sitting on the chair?
2)how we sit on the chair?
3)at the end of the interview,what wolud be our last words on the room,for the interviewres(are the ,,good day,good bye?????????)

I think you will find that the interviewer will invite you to sit and will indicate the chair. You need not ask if you may sit.

When you leave, "Good bye, Mr/Ms......, thank you for seeing me" is fine.
