Hi,

could you please tell me what the word "terms" means in the following sentence:

The materials, substances and items indicated in the individual parts of the contract shall be considered as brand and quality terms.

Default Re: terms

"terms" refers back to "materials, substances and items", being the word Term = a word or phrase used to describe a thing

"brand and quality" presumably means that these will be specified in the relevant clauses of the contract.
