Default How often?

Adverb :

a-with most verbs , we put the adverb before the mine verb .

We never go out at lunchtime .

b-with the verb b , we put the adverb after the verb .
he is always late for class .

Ok this is one lesson in my book it's grammar as you see .
but I can't unnderstand it .
especially here
Quote:
he is always late for class .
the rule says we have to add adverb after the verb
so why it became like this ?

Before the main verb
1. We never go out at lunchtime .
2. We always go out at lunchtime.

After the main verb
1. He is always late for class. <the verb to be>
2. He is never late for class. <the verb to be>

Does that help?

skateboarding = riding and doing tricks on a skateboard, which is a board with skate wheels on it [see here: http://tinyurl.com/2o9hsm].

Skiing is moving over snow on long boards, one for each foot [see here: http://tinyurl.com/2j6pa8]

You go to the gym and go on a run, but you can also say I go to a gym and am going to go on the run. It will depend on the context and related questions.
