The following puzzle is quite tricky.Kindly give me some help to solve it.
The clues are given in the brackets below.

My answer is either "dirks" or " darts". Am I correct ?
2. Silly questions can.......even the most patient person.
( ...R..) For this question, there are three letters for this word.
3. A display of conjuring skill can .............an audience of children.
( ...NTR....E). For this question, there are eight letters for this word.
My answer : " intrigue". Is this word correct ?
4.People may go to church to.............
( M...R.). There are five letters for the correct word.
My answer is either " Marry" or " Mourn".
5. Vertigo sufferers may feel some............when they look down from a great height.
( ..A..M ). There are five letters for the correct word. My answer is
"chasm ". Is this correct ?
6. A bad mood can make a person rudely ..............in answering.
( .R...F) . There are five letters for the correct word. My answer is
" brief ". Is this word correct ?
7. ........is a substance that may be used in house improvement job.
( P..T..). There are five letters in this word.
8. Drugs may effect ...improvement in a patient's condition.

My answer : " Speedy "
9. One can more readily remember a .........if it is particularly interesting.

My answer is : I chose the word " fact ". Is this word correct ?

My answer is : " Raw ". Can I replace it with " Red " ?

| | Re: Please help me solve this crossword puzzle. Urgent! The following sound OK to me: 1., 3., 4. 'marry', 6., 8., 9., 10. red or raw. For 7., here's a hint: It comes in colors. As for 'chasm', I'm not sure. As for 2. and 5., well, I can't think of what the answers would be. Sorry.
